Garrison Group of Johnson City will appraise four parcels of land for the Town of Greeneville for possible sale.
Two are located in the Hardin Industrial Complex on Baileyton Road. The two others are the Locust Street ball field and an adjoining parcel.
The appraisal price will be $3,000 for the Locust Street properties, $4,500 for the larger Hardin Industrial lot and $3,000 to $3,500.
The approximate $11,000 cost is already budgeted.
