Multiple machinery items were stolen from a Greeneville man.
At around 10 a.m. Saturday, Greeneville police responded to 107 Gass Drive, near Snapps Ferry Road, on a report of stolen machinery. The complainant had reportedly been bush hedging at the address when he noticed that his dark red 2010 Ford F-150 was leaving the property.
Items stolen include a Massey Ferguson zero-turn lawn mower, a homemade trailer, and also two Craftsman weed eaters in addition to the truck. The victim reported that there was an additional $700 in cash in the center console of his vehicle. The total value of the stolen items is estimated at around $19,500. The investigation is continuing.
