A Greeneville man was stabbed and abandoned in Sevierville today.
The victim, who has not yet been identified, reported to Sevierville Police that he had been stabbed in a Greeneville residence.
Greeneville officers responded to the residence at 136 Fry Street and discovered a large amount of blood.
The Criminal Investigation Division as well as the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation are assisting in the search.
The victim remains in a trauma center with his injuries last listed as life-threatening.
