Signage for the former Takoma Hospital property, soon to be the new home of Greene County government offices, the Sheriff’s Department and Greene County School System , was approved by the Purchasing Committee on Monday.
Snyder Signs of Johnson City submitted the $66,524 bid for signage at the property entrance off the Asheville Highway as well as signs attached to the building.
Plans are for the County Clerk’s office to move into the renovated building in April, with all other offices relocating by the end of the calendar year.
