Counterfeit currency was discovered at a local bank Friday.
Andrew Johnson Bank reported to police, that a fake $20 bill had been passed last week at one of the Dollar General Stores. The 20 was apparently missing several security features found on an authentic bill from the 2013 series. It was entered into evidence.
