The G.R.O.W. Collaborative exists to provide a united, action-driven option for comprehensive substance use and mental health treatment in Greene County. Funded by the ARC Inspire Grant, this new and intentional collaborative is grounded in robust treatment strategy, exhaustive resources, and comprehensive services impacting across life domains. Together, we can challenge the “silo effect” that often occurs in treatment by creating a bedrock sustained by communication and support within this Collaborative. Grounded in a multi-disciplinary team approach, collaborative partners and professionals support common goals and increase opportunity for professional community, partnerships, and collaboration through comprehensive referral networks, monthly online and community strategic meeting opportunities, and professional support within a private Facebook G.R.O.W. Collaborative Group.
