The National Weather Service says that winds of 20 to 30 mph, with gusts up to 50 mph are possible. Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
For Northwest Greene County, a Wind Advisory goes into effect from 3 PM today to 1 PM tomorrow. Southwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 40 mph are expected. Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
