A burning cigarette is believed what triggered a barn and field fire on South Wesley Chapel Road Sunday.
While weed eating in the field adjacent to the barn, Jason Gibson reports he saw smoke then flames which were spreading to quickly to extinguish. Firefighters from United , Newmansville and Tusculum responded.
In addition to the field , the fire burned some of the barn, but nothing of valued was lost, according to a Sheriff’s Department report.
