Tonight is the night of the public hearing takes place in Greene County related to the future of David Crockett Birthplace State Park .
As we approach nine months since Hurricane Helene, the public is invited to take part in the Thursday meeting about future plans for the park as the efforts to rebuild continue.
The meeting will take place at the Niswonger Commons at Tusculum University. Doors open at 6 p.m. and the presentation/feedback portion will follow from 6:30 until 7:30 pm.
