Less than a month since the project began , paving on the most talked about damaged roadway during Hurricane Helene recovery begins today.
Road Superintendent Kevin Swatsell told Radio Greeneville News this morning paving of Mt. Hebron Road is getting underway and motorists should expect delays until the long awaited and much needed project is completed.
