In a twist to Fugitive from Justice charges, a man turned himself into police Friday, reportedly telling officers at the department that he believed he had a warrant.
The man, identified in the report as Kevin Spring of Lonesome Pine Trail, was found to have an active warrant out of Maricopa County in Arizona. Arizona confirmed they would extradite, and Spring was placed into custody and charged with Fugitive from Justice. He was transported to the Detention Center.
