The Camp Creek Parent Teacher Organization is assisting the school with a grant application to fund playground upgrades at the school.
Michelle Christian with the Camp Creek PTO says the organization would like to open the playground to the public in the evenings and on the weekend, creating a community park in the Camp Creek community.
A public meeting is scheduled for this Thursday from 5:30 until 7:00 pm in the school gym. Everyone is invited to the meeting and also requested to fill out a public survey in advance.
