The Asheville Highway is closed this morning in the 1900 block due to an early morning accident.
The wreck happened around 6:00 AM near the Lee’s Market and Brumley’s Expressions.
Inbound traffic is being diverted onto Amity Road. Outbound traffic is being detoured onto Marshall Lane.
Expect further delays in the area while the investigation continues.
The Debusk Volunteer Fire Department, Greeneville Emergency & Rescue Squad, EMS, Greeneville Fire Department, Greene County Sheriff’s Department, and the Tennessee Highway Patrol responded.
