The Asheville Highway was closed for over three hours this morning after an accident.
The wreck happened in the 1900 block around 6:00 AM near the Lee’s Market and Brumley’s Expressions.
Inbound traffic was being diverted onto Amity Road. Outbound traffic was being detoured onto Marshall Lane.
The Debusk Volunteer Fire Department, Greeneville Emergency & Rescue Squad, EMS, Greeneville Fire Department, Greene County Sheriff’s Department, and the Tennessee Highway Patrol responded.
