Three people were arrested in Mosheim Thursday morning around 1:30 AM after a vehicle was found wrecked and the suspects smelled of alcohol, two of which were juveniles.
According to the Greene County Sheriff’s report, deputies responded to 4100 block of Shackleford Road and came across the wrecked vehicle. The driver was identified as Jordan S. Hensley of Greeneville and there were also two juvenile passengers, all reportedly had an odor of alcohol coming from their person.
Hensley and the underage passengers did admit to deputies they were drinking. Hensley was taken into custody after performing poorly on sobriety tests and was charged with DUI and Violation of Youth Alcohol Act. The juvenile suspects were taken into custody for Under Age Consumption.
