A Locust Street resident reported more than $2,000 worth of items stolen from his home on Sunday.
The victim said sometime between midnight and 3:30 PM, someone entered the residence through an unlocked window at the front of the house. Several items were stolen, including two tool boxes with various tools, $500 cash, and $1,000 worth of clothing items.
A suspect was named in the Greeneville Police Department report.
