A man was arrested after allegedly nearly being hit by a car Saturday.
Police were called to Snapps Ferry Road at Forest Hills Drive around 10:00 Saturday night. A man was reported staggering in the roadway, and was almost struck by a car. Officers arrived and spoke with a man, Joshua Lane of Lakeshore Park, who was unable to stand still and hold a conversation, according to the report.
Lane was placed under arrest for public intoxication, as a danger to himself and the public, and was taken to the Greene County Detention Center.
