A Limestone man was arrested and charges are pending for a juvenile after officers responded to a vehicle speeding into a parking lot on Mason Street.
Officers got a call Sunday on the report of a vehicle that sped into the Bowling Alley Parking Lot and parked in the bushes. Contact was made with the driver, who was attempting to light a bowl of marijuana, according to the report. The suspect admitted to smoking it with a juvenile, who was in the passenger seat.
A search was done after he exited the vehicle. Officers found 3 grams of marijuana, a glass pipe, and rolling papers. The juvenile was reportedly in possession of a tobacco vape. An open bottle of fireball was also located in the driver’s floorboard.
The suspect was arrested with Adult Contributing to Delinquency of a Child and Simple Possession/Casual Exchange of a Drug. The juvenile was picked up by a parent and charges are pending for possession of a vape.
