A woman was arrested this morning after a complainant reported someone passed out in a vehicle for over 2 hours in the Roadrunner Market parking lot.
Officers responded to the business on 225 East Andrew Johnson Highway about 12:30 AM and found the vehicle still running. The suspect, 20 year-old Dallas Solomon of Sunnydale Road, was still passed out in the drivers seat and was woken up by the officer.
Solomon admitted to drinking and agreed to perform field sobriety tests, showing several clues of impairment according to the report. She refused to perform remaining tests and allegedly began crying uncontrollably and yelling frantically, causing the officer to arrest her.
The vehicle reportedly had several liquor single shot bottles and was towed. She was charged with driving under the influence and transported to the Greene County Detention
Center.
