A Greeneville woman was arrested Wednesday with several drug charges after officers were notified of a suspicious vehicle parked at the 100 block of West Bernard Avenue.
Officers spoke with the driver Rachel Neisinger, who said she parked her vehicle to make a phone call. But according to the complainant, video footage showed a male get into Neisinger’s vehicle and leaves a short time later. Due to her reportedly being parked next to a known drug house, the K9 unit was requested.
Neisinger admitted to having drugs in her purse, officers also found syringes, a glass pipe, two small containers with residue, 3 cut and melted straws, a small rope, and other drug items. She was charged with possession of Methamphetamine, possession of schedule 3 drug, and unlawful drug paraphernalia.
