29-year-old Iramil G. Rivera of Armitage Drive in Greeneville, was indicted Monday by the Greene County Grand Jury with two counts of felony reckless endangerment, two counts of evading arrest, one being a felony, and one count of tampering with evidence concealing a firearm on December 4, 2022.
Rivera was known to be apart of a drive-by shooting and was arrested on the morning of December 6th after he engaged in conduct which placed or may have placed one or more in imminent danger of death or serious bodily injury, with a deadly weapon being a firearm and discharged with in a motor vehicle.
According to the indictment, Rivera was intentionally fleeing from the Greene County Sheriff’s and Greeneville Police Departments, while operating a motor vehicle and by running from law enforcement.
