A Greeneville woman was arrested on Wednesday after she was seen on video urinating and defecating on the Greeneville City Schools Property.
According to a report from the Greeneville Police Department, officers responded to 129 West Depot Street around 9:30 AM and spoke with the complainant. The suspect, later identified as Debra Walton, reportedly urinated and defecated on the rug, tile, and door of the Greeneville City Schools office sometime between Tuesday and Wednesday.
Video footage allegedly shows Walton on Wednesday around 5:30 in the morning bending down in front of the office door. The report states she has a history of committing these acts in the downtown area for several years. The school just replaced the rug after Walton urinated on it on Tuesday.
She was located Wednesday evening and arrested for vandalism.
