The Greeneville Municipal Planning Commission will meet this morning and consider granting preliminary and final approval on several subdivisions.
Those subdivisions include the Bill Cutshaw and Shirley Walker property on 813 Asheville Highway, the Mark and Steven Smith property located on 535 East Andrew Johnson Highway, the Jimmy Hill and Kenny Hartman property on Old Shiloh Road, and the Frank F. Manuel property located on 702 North Main Street.
Some of the parcels of land will be considered for rezoning as well. The meeting will be held at 9:30 AM in the G. Thomas Love Boardroom, in the Greeneville Light and Power Building.
