Marsha Hybarger, ELL Teacher for the Greeneville City School District, has been chosen as a First Core Regional Semi-Finalist for Tennessee Teacher of the year, marking a remarkable milestone in her dedicated career of nurturing young minds and serving her community.
Mrs. Hybarger’s selection is a testament to her unwavering commitment to her students’ academic and personal growth. Her exceptional track record is evidenced by the remarkable number of students meeting the growth standard on the ELPA exam, with several years achieving a 100% success rate in meeting the WIDA growth standard.
