Tuesday afternoon, the THP says a deer crossing I-81 caused a multi-vehicle crash near the 30 mile marker in Greene County.
The accident involving three vehicles happened around 3:20 pm. The driver of one of the vehicles was taken to an area hospital.
One lane was closed for a period of time during the accident cleanup.
