The Greeneville Municipal Planning Commission meets this morning and will consider preliminary and final approval of a mass-grading plan for a commercial site known as the Cappo Real Estate Holdings, LLC property.
The property is located at the intersection of East Andrew Johnson Highway and Harlan Street. The mass-grading plan shows the development of approximately 6.2 acres into potentially 3 lots. The lots would be graded and ready for construction.
Commission members will also consider preliminary and final approval of a 5.5-acre subdivision known as the Heldge Hull property, located on Lafayette Street. The subdivision will create 4 parcels of land.
And finally there will be a consideration for preliminary and final approval of a site plan for phase 2 of a single-family residential subdivision known as Johnson Farms, located on 389 North Rufe Taylor Road. The final design has the requested revisions from the previous meetings.
The planning commission will meet this morning at 9:30 in the G. Thomas Love Board Room, at Greeneville Light and Power.
