The Greene County Regional Planning Commission meets this afternoon and will consider granting approval to several subdivisions as well as consider rezoning a property located adjacent to Ryan Road.
The subdivisions up for discussion are each less than 10 acres and are located near North Massengill Road, Lazy Brook Road, West Pines Road, and Bewleys Chapel Road. The property that would be rezoned if approved would be for the use of a clothing store and storage warehousing.
The planning commission will also consider approval of a land swap and several minor subdivisions. The meeting will be at 1 PM in the Greene County Courthouse Annex Conference Room.
