Police were called for a complaint at the Food City on Snapps Ferry Road Saturday morning, where they made contact with Chance Zigler of the Andrew Johnson Highway.
It was found that Zigler had active warrants for evading arrest and contempt of court. During the search, a small baggie contining what was believed to be Methamphetamine was found in Zigler’s pocket, and cut straws and a glass pipe in his backpack.
According to the report, Animal Control was contacted to take custody of his dog, as Zigler was placed under arrest for the warrants, and additionally charged with possession of meth and unlawful drug paraphernalia.
