Second Harvest Food Bank officials have arrived at the Greene County Fairgrounds, where later this afternoon distribution will begin.
The food distribution today is scheduled from 4 pm-6 pm. Due to this, traffic may be
detoured around Jeff Wood Memorial Dr. Depending on traffic volume. Those motorists not attending the distribution are advised to avoid the area if possible.
If you are planning on being a recipient of the distribution, you MUST bring your ID-proof of residence, and SNAP benefits card. This distribution is for Greene County residents only. You will not receive benefits if these items are not provided.
The Distribution will take place in the rear parking lot of the Fairgrounds. Vehicles will not be permitted on the Fairgrounds until 3 pm. Traffic will not be permitted to line up on Jeff Woods Drive prior to that time.
