Greeneville, Tenn. — October 27, 2025 — The Greene County Partnership, in collaboration with the General Morgan Inn, Main Street Greeneville, and Myers Farms, is proud to announce that Greeneville and Greene County, Tennessee, have been selected as the host community for the Tennessee Motor Coach Annual Conference, scheduled for January 2027.
This premier statewide event will bring together members of the Tennessee Motor Coach Association (TMCA), tour operators, and industry partners from across the Southeast for a multi-day gathering focused on tourism, transportation, and hospitality. The conference will include professional workshops, networking sessions, sightseeing tours, and social events that showcase Greene County’s welcoming atmosphere, historic charm, and strong tourism economy.
“We are honored to welcome the Tennessee Motor Coach Association to our community,” said Amee Fillers, Dir. of Tourism / Greene County Partnership. “This event represents a tremendous opportunity to highlight Greene County as a thriving tourism destination while supporting our local businesses, attractions, and hospitality partners.”
The General Morgan Inn will serve as the host hotel and conference headquarters, while Main Street Greeneville will coordinate special events and experiences throughout the historic downtown district. Myers Farms, one of the region’s most popular agritourism destinations, will host part of the conference programming, offering attendees a memorable look at Greene County’s agricultural heritage and hospitality.
“We’re thrilled to showcase the heart of our community through local partnerships,” said Patrcia Bohann, Dir. of Sales, General Morgan Inn. “Together with Main Street Greeneville and Myers Farms, we’re committed to making this conference an unforgettable experience for every attendee.”
Jann Mirkov, Main St. Greeneville Dir. added, “Main Street: Greeneville has long been in support of the TMCA the great tours each of their members offer. We are a presidential town and rest assured we know how to make our guests feel presidential as well. We welcome everyone to come and experience a “tailor made” conference just for them.
Vera Ann Myers, Owner, Myers Farms added, “We’re excited to open our doors to the Tennessee Motor Coach Association and give visitors an authentic taste of what makes Greene County special — from our local farms and food to our hospitality and sense of community.”
Tourism continues to play a vital role in Greene County’s economy. According to recent data, visitor spending generated $114m million in visitor spending last year. Without the support of tourism, each Greene County household would have paid an additional $370 in state and local taxes, the press release noted.
The Tennessee Motor Coach Annual Conference is one of the state’s most significant tourism and transportation events, fostering collaboration and innovation across Tennessee’s travel industry. Local organizers anticipate the 2027 conference will attract hundreds of motor coach professionals and generate a measurable economic boost for Greeneville and Greene County.
More details about the 2027 conference, including registration, schedule, and sponsorship opportunities, will be announced by the Tennessee Motor Coach Association in the coming months.
