Greeneville City Schools announced Monday the appointment of Bryan Everhart as the new assistant principal of Greeneville Middle School.
Everhart brings nearly a decade of experience as a passionate educator and leader.
A product of the very school system he now serves, Everhart earned his Bachelor of Science in Physical Education from Carson-Newman University and a Master of Education in Instructional Leadership from Tennessee State University. His academic background and leadership training have prepared him to support both students and staff while advancing a culture of excellence at Greeneville Middle School.
Principal Dr. Rachel Adams shared, “Mr. Everhart exemplifies the type of servant leadership that will elevate our school community. His passion for Greeneville, commitment to student success, and collaborative mindset make him a perfect fit for our team. I am confident that he will be a strong advocate for our students and staff.”
Everhart expressed his enthusiasm for the new role, stating, “I am extremely excited to join the Greeneville Middle School team and to serve and support our faculty, staff, and students in this leadership role. As a product of Greeneville City Schools, I wholeheartedly trust and believe in this school system. Greeneville has always been home to me, and I firmly believe it is one of the best places on earth to educate, serve, and grow.”
He continued, “It is my mission to support and uplift the Greeneville Middle School family and to continue the shared vision of excellence that this school embodies. I am committed to sharpening the mission that shapes our school’s culture, classrooms, and community. This community built me, and it’s an incredible honor to serve it. My family and I are proud to call Greeneville home, and I will always be a proud Greene Devil for life!”
Director of Schools Steve Starnes, added, “We are thrilled to welcome Mr. Everhart into this leadership role. His deep roots in our community, combined with his proven dedication to student-centered leadership, make him an outstanding addition to the Greeneville Middle School team.
