Two people were injured in a three vehicle crash Wednesday afternoon around 2:45 pm on I-81 South at mile marker 19.
Drivers 67 year old Timothy Jordon and 23 year old Jacob Leamon were taken to area hospitals. The third driver, 34 year old Candace Lyle and three passengers escaped injury.
Traffic on I-81 was blocked and/or slowed during the accident investigation and cleanup.
The Tennessee Highway Patrol investigated.
