Disaster Survivor Assistance teams will be in Washington County this week to provide help through the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
Specialists from FEMA will be at Fender’s Farm at 254 Highway 107 in Jonesborough today through Wednesday from 2 PM until 7 PM each day.
In the aftermath of Hurricane Helene, FEMA has approved more than 2,300 individual assistance applications and more than $11 million to individuals and households to cover housing and other needs.
