The first frost of the fall is expected this week, according to the latest forecast from the National Weather Service.
Areas of frost are possible early Wednesday morning as temperatures will drop into the mid 30s. By Thursday morning, widespread frost is likely as the low will approach 30 degrees.
High temperatures will also be more fall-like this week, reaching only the mid to upper 50s during the middle part of the week before returning to the mid to upper 60s for the weekend.
