Around 9:00 PM Friday evening, police pulled over a maroon SUV for crossing the fog line, and nearly rear-ending another vehicle.
Officers stopped the SUV and spoke with the driver, Zachary B. Rose of Chuckey. It was learned that Rose’s license had been revoked for DUI, and he was placed under arrest.
A search of the vehicle found two cut straws with white residue inside, and a baggie containing 3.5 grams of marijuana. He was additionally charged for simple possession and drug paraphernalia.
