Three people were arrested at a Chuckey residence early this morning.
The Greene County Sheriff’s Department responded around 3:00 AM to the home in the 6000 block of Erwin Highway on a warrant check. Two women, Alyssa Gunter of Mae Mckee Road and Taylor Dykes of Bill West Road, were walking out of the residence and getting in a parked vehicle.
Gunter walked away from deputies and in front of the vehicle in an attempt to dispose of a baggie with methamphetamine. Gunter was placed into handcuffs and in the back of the cruiser. During a pat down, multiple more baggies were found on her person.
Dykes was getting into the passenger seat of the vehicle and appeared to be attempting to hide something. A pill bottle was found on her person and placed on the trunk of the car. Dykes then bent over and put the bottle in her mouth. The bottle contained meth, marijuana, xanax, oxycodone and heroin.
In total, 11 grams of meth, less than a gram of heroin, two oxycodone pills, three grams of marijuana, three buprenorphine pills, and one xanax bar were found between the two women. Dykes and Gunter were charged with possession of a schedule 1, 3, 4, and 6 drugs, the manufacture, delivery sale or possession of methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Dykes was additionally charged with a warrant for filing a false report.
A third person at the home, Sebastian Dotson of West Allens Bridge Road, had a criminal violation of probation warrant out for his arrest and was also taken into custody.
