A utility trailer was reported stolen on Monday from a resident on Afton Road.
According to the Greene County Sheriff’s Office report, the victim had concerns regarding trailer thefts in the area so he said he hooked up his van to the trailer, in attempt to block other trailers from being stolen.
The suspect at some point after April 5th reportedly unhooked the trailer and stole it, along with the receiver hitch ball. The only description provided on the trailer was that is was 5×14 with a gate, Tracker brand.
The victim is attempting to gather video footage or pictures. No suspects were known at the time of the report.
