Gladys A. Crawford, age 95, of Greeneville, passed away Tuesday, Aug. 11, 2026, at Life Care Center of Greeneville.
She retired from GreeneValley Developmental Center after 30 years. She was a member of Limestone Church of Christ.
She is survived by her daughter, Karen K. Parker; three sons, Stanley W. and Patsy Crawford, David Crawford, and Donald and Christine Crawford; grandchildren, Charles “Shannon,” Erica, Perrier, Lance, and Logan; great-grandchildren, Levi, Benjamin, Adia, Kailon, Dominic, and Donnovan; great-great-granddaughter, Emery; several nieces and nephews, including a special niece, Doris Jean Gibson Johnson; and special friends, Lois Campbell, Rita Evans, and roommate Lois.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles Sherman and Nora Ada (Hartman) Gibson; and siblings, Lucille, Violet, Nola, Robert, and Charles Gibson.
The family would like to extend special thanks to the staff and residents at Life Care Center of Greeneville and her church family.
The family will receive friends from noon-2 p.m. Monday, Aug. 17, 2026, at Jeffers Funeral and Cremation Service Downtown. The graveside service will follow at 2:30 p.m. Monday in GreeneLawn Memory Gardens, with Ralph Clevinger officiating.
