In observance of Labor Day, several Greene County Government Offices and facilities will be closed on Monday, September 7, 2026. The Greene County Clerk’s Office will also be closed the preceding Saturday, September 5, 2026.
The following closures will be in effect:

♻️ Greene County Solid Waste Convenience Centers- Closed Monday, September 7, 2026 — Regular hours will resume Tuesday, September 8, 2026

Town of Greeneville offices will be closed for Labor Day on Monday, September 7th.
Please Note: The Greene County Solid Waste Transfer Station and Administrative Office will remain open and will maintain standard operating hours on Monday, September 7, 2026.
