Bird told Radio Greeneville News Director Bobby Rader it became quickly apparent this wasn’t just another storm.
Bird reports 12 to 13 were working inside 9-1-1 headquarters during the busiest time of that two-day period when there were 2900 9-1-1 and administrative calls and over 4,400 radio traffic transmissions.
