Police investigated a report of vandalism Saturday, in the 400 block of East Cutler Street.
Officers spoke with the victims Saturday morning, who said in the report, they were having breakfast when they heard a loud sound from outside. Outside the kitchen window, the victims saw a naked man walking in the driveway with a hammer. Then the victims found the windows of their vehicle had been shattered.
Police identified the male as Roberto Carreno Vega, who reportedly had shards of glass on his hands. Carreno Vega told officers he had put the hammer in a closet, and when inspected, police believe it also had on it, what seemed to be tiny shards of glass.
Carreno Vega was taken into custody for felony vandalism charges and indecent exposure.
