Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, November 1 for Fred Kemp, the Greeneville High graduate who died Wednesday during a training exercise in Carter County with the Washington County /Johnson City EMS.
The 52 year old Kemp had been with that department for 28 years. Earlier in his career he spent some time as an auxiliary officer with the Greeneville Police Department.
