A man was flown to the hospital after getting caught in a corn picker this morning.
The victim’s arm became entangled in the machinery in an accident on Pilot Mountain Road off Gap Creek Road just before 9:00 this morning.
Volunteers with the Greeneville Emergency & Rescue Squad were able to free the man, who was treated by EMS before being transported by air to Knoxville. The Mosheim Volunteer Fire Department also responded.
