Just over four years after Greene County agreed to purchase the Takoma Hospital building, the first county office to officially open for business in the renovated first floor of the building on Takoma Avenue does so today.
The Building and Zoning Office finished moving into the newly named Greene County Administration Center over the weekend, and resumes business on a regular schedule at 8 am today.
Public parking will be in front of the building on the recently repaired, repaved and restriped parking lot with main building entrance at the same location as the former Takoma Hospital.
