The Northeast Tennessee Beef Expo, hosted by the University of Tennessee Institute of Agriculture, will be held Wednesday, October 16, 2025, from 8:45 AM to 4:30 PM EDT at the Clyde Austin 4-H Center.
Since the late 1980s, the Beef Expo has been a leading educational and networking event for cattle producers in the region. Each year, farmers, ranchers, students, and industry professionals gather to learn the latest in beef cattle production, pasture management, and herd health, while also connecting with agribusiness vendors and service providers.
This year’s program will feature presentations from UT Extension specialists and industry experts. Leamon Bratton of Bratton Angus Ranch will deliver the keynote address, “Conception to Consumption,” focusing on carcass merit. Other sessions will cover topics such as pasture renovation, managing cow herd stressors, herd health strategies, and making the most of windfall profits.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to explore products and innovations from more than 20 industry vendors at the event’s trade show.
