Rick Tipton was voted to another term as chair of the Greene County Board of Education during the election of officers at Thursday’s meeting.
Mark Rothe was re-elected as vice-chairman of the board and Annette Farris was selected as secretary.
Board members Larry Bible, Gary Compton, George Frye and Minnie Banks were selected to represent the board for the Delegate Assembly of the Tennessee School Boards Association during the annual convention in November.
