A Greene County man was taken into custody Sunday evening on Violation of Probation charges, and now faces additional charges related to the arrest.
Brian J. Timberman was arrested at his Poplar Springs Road home around 10:30 Sunday evening. But before he was taken into custody, he attempted to allude arresting deputies. A taser had to be deployed to subdue the man.
In addition to the probation charge, he is additionally charged with resisting stop, frisk, halt, arrest or search.
Just after Noon Saturday, a warrant check at the Mt. Carmel Road home of Sabrina Waters found her hiding in the attic of her Mosheim home.
In addition to violation of probation, she is also charged with criminal impersonation and failure to appear warrants.
