A structure fire was reported around 11:40 PM Friday.
According to the Limestone Volunteer Fire Department, Limestone VFD was dispatched to a structure fire on Highway 107, along with the Nolichuckey Valley and Embreeville Volunteer Fire Departments. Arrival of the first units, confirmed the fire was well involved throughout the structure, with the roof already collapsing.
Tusculum Volunteer Fire Department assisted the efforts to extinguish the fire.
Reportedly, there was no one home at the time of the fire, and there were no injuries. Also on the scene were the Washington County – Johnson City EMS, and the Washington County Sheriff’s Department.
