On this July 4th, here are area Firework rules:
TOWN OF GREENEVILLE
Class C common fireworks, as defined in Tennessee Code Annotated 68-104-108, are allowed to be denotated/exhibited by private citizens 4pm July 4th until 1 am July 5th
TUSCULUM
Tusculum DOES NOT allow fireworks, except where allowed by permit, such as Pioneer Park.
MOSHEIM
Mosheim Police Chief Dustin Jeffers said there is not an ordinance on shooting fireworks inside the city so fireworks are allowed in Mosheim.
As for the noise, there is a no noise Ordinance after 11:00pm.
BAILEYTON
Fireworks are allowed in Baileyton until 11 pm on July 4th
