Greeneville City Schools are calling off all after school activities for today (Thursday) due to threatening weather.
Due to the threat of severe weather this afternoon and evening—including the potential for 2-inch hail and damaging winds—all after-school activities scheduled for today, Thursday, May 8, are canceled out of an abundance of caution.
Student safety remains a top priority. and the school system encourages all families to stay weather-aware and monitor local alerts throughout the evening.
Also in the City School System, Dessert and a Show at GHS, Night of the Arts at EastView, ELL Registration Blitz at GMS. After-school tutoring at GHS are cancelled as well.
